Vanity Desk Assembly

The request
A new vanity arrived as a stack of flat-pack panels, rails and hardware. The customer wanted it assembled and set up in the bedroom corner.
Work completed
- Sort the parts: Panels, drawer slides and hardware were sorted and checked against the instructions.
- Build the cabinet & drawers: The cabinet was assembled square, drawer slides installed and drawers adjusted to close evenly.
- Mirror & light: The mirror was attached and the lighting connected and tested.
Result
A finished vanity with smooth drawers and a working lighted mirror.
Why drawers stick after DIY assembly
Drawer slides need to be mounted perfectly parallel. Being off by even a few millimeters makes drawers rub or not close — adjusting them is part of every assembly we do.
